Try yourlizzy.com, they have a bunch of breast enhancement items…cheaper, safer, etc. Some of them have been proven to work! I tried the breast machine and it worked wonders. I’m 23 and was a small A…I grew a couple inches! Try that stuff before trying surgery.

Actually it’s impossible, as the milk producing glands are removed when the implants are done.

I got my boobs inflated to a D cup and it looks just fine. But yeah i’ve seen those big porn star boobs and the nipple always seems to be off center and thats no good

i think if you want breast implants get them! good reasons to get them is so you feel better about yourself and you like yourself more! others may say thats superficial but i say it’s your body and your self so you can do what you want!!! people change their hair and use make up to change their face so whats so bad about changing your boobs? not much! so i say if you want them do them!

I think a c cup is fine. I’ve had a reduction b/c I was very large. Believe me large breasts are painful and clothes are hard to fit. I’ve had a nose job b/c of a deviated septum, but b/c of that surgery I have a perforated septum; that’s just one of the rare risks of the nose surgery. My nose looks fine & I’m breathing better. My nose is starting to shape up & it’s been about 6 months. If you choose the nose job be aware that the final shape of your nose will take about a year or so. Just b/c I have a perforated septum b/c of my surgery doesn’t mean that you are anyone else will. But do whatever you’re more comfortable with. If you feel great about yourself as you are then there’s no reason you shouldn’t have a cosmetic procedure to tweak how you’d like to look. Don’t let anyone discourage you or try to make you feel like you’re being vain. It’s just a little routine maintenance. Good Luck.

Pains around the scar could very well be just the nerves re-generating from the incisions. If you notice redness, burning, or they are hot to the touch you should see your plastic surgeon immediately. These are all symptoms of infection. Pain in the implant can also be early symptoms of capsular contracture – a condition where scar tissue forms around the entire implant, causing distortion or pain. Either way you should be having check-ups with your surgeon regularily. But pain IS normal – I am 5 weeks post op and still have pains. You should ask a question like this on a breast augmentation forum – people are generally more knowledgeable about implants and don’t have a pre-judgemental mindset. Your body is YOUR choice. Period.

hi there, no doubt you will get people telling you not to get them and that you should be happy with yourself blah blah blah… but there is more than one reason that women get breast implants. i got mine last september, my reason wasn’t purely vanity. (though part was.haha) i had very uneven breasts. i breastfed 2 children and ended up with a small A on one side and a very saggy B on the other side. and because of that i had some of the surgery covered by medicare. i went up to a C cup. (and take into account that alot of women wish they had gone bigger- most implants tend to shrink slightly when settled). i had cohesive gel implants under the muscle. i was told not to drive, lift my arms above shoulder level picked up toddler etc for approx 6 weeks. so i had surgery. woke up feeling very yukky from aneastetic and feeling very tight across chest. my mum took me home (about 15 min away) the drive wasn’t too bad. i was given painkillers which i used alot. i stayed with my parents for 2 days. the first 3-4 days were pretty painful. the worst is trying to get out of bed, because the muscle just under your shoulders and next to your breast have been stretched so much. but i was heaps better after that, driving within a week, hanging washing within 10-12 days. i wouldn’t say the pain is unbearable at all. your breasts are really really tight feeling which is uncomfortable but not painful. it is definatley worth it. though there can be complications, i went back to my surgeon 2 days ago as one implant is alot higher than the other and it turns out that the implant has adhered to the muscle, which requires a re-do. which is now the perfect op for me to go a bit larger. as far as scarring, i was cut under the breast and they healed great, you can still see them of course but fading fast. it means alot to you and you feel will make you happier in some way then go for it. i have had no negative comments from anyone and thanks to a friend of mine everyone knows about mine. which is fine. my biggest advice is to choose the size very carefully! good luck and it really is worth it if its what you want.

Breast implants can feel much more natural now due to advances in implant types and surgical approaches. Silicone implants typically feel the most natural and can now be placed under the breast muscle to provide more coverage and reduce chances of capsular contracture ("hardening"). Saline implants don’t feel quite as natural, but because they can be filled after they have been inserted, they result in less scarring.

Sounds like a touchy subject to me. I suggest asking her to make 100 percent sure she really wants something like this. Sometimes women talk about these things and make wishes for how they wish things could be but don’t really want to go through the process. Take my advise and don’t make it a surprise. I think communication is in order for this one. Make sure it is something she really wants or if it is just for you.
