There were numerous reports of the silicone hardening and creating health problems that resulted in mastectomies in order to rid the body of the silicone.
The first silicon implants were introduced in 1961 by Dow Corning, working in conjunction with a couple of Houston surgeons. The other option for breast augmentation implants was, and continues to be, silicone sacs filled with saline solution. Both products were on the market up to 1990 and both exhibited highly publicized flaws.

Dow Corning went through an enormous process of litigation involving individual and class action suits as the result of its sale of hundreds of thousands of silicone breast implants. In 1990, the FDA demanded that silicone implants be removed from the market. Since that time, manufacturers and medical researchers alike have sought to produce better, more stable products. However the history of silicon breast implants has created a number of widely believed, demonstrably false beliefs:
1.Dow Corning’s silicon breast implants caused massive health problems.
Dow Corning’s implants proved to be a health hazard to a selective number of recipients. The reason that Dow Corning suffered the enormous liability consequences in court is primarily because they covered up information regarding their product’s potential for inducing health problems.
2.Silicon breast implants cause cancer.
Despite the massive amount of research done on silicone implants, there has been no definitive indication that the introduction of silicone implants increases the risk of cancer. That is why they are back on the market, after the FDA banned them in the early nineties.
3.Breast implants are supposed to last a lifetime.
This has not proven to be the case, despite early claims to the contrary by physicians and manufacturers. Saline filled implants tend to rupture more commonly and earlier than silicon implants. However silicon implants do wear out, and today a person who opts for silicon implants can expect to have similar surgery ten to fifteen years later, to replace and perhaps reposition the implant.
4.A ruptured silicon breast implant causes serious side effects.
Not necessarily, and not usually. A ruptured saline implant is instantly noticeable because it loses all shape as it drains. Salt water isn’t going to do much harm, however. Silicon ruptures are sometimes not noticeable at all, since the silicon gel is too thick to migrate within the body. Better implant casings and thicker gel has led to a much more stable product.
5.Breast augmentation through implants may have a desirable effect but remain a risky venture.

Please do a lot of research on doctors and dont worry to much about the price. There has been so many disaster’s happen when people go to the wrong doctor and want the procedure dont cheaply. Sometimes people die from such these things, look into the doctor and the quality of the implants. Remember you get what you pay for.

of course it is. you may have a slightly harder time, but as long as your implant is subpectoral and not inserted through the nipple, then you should have minimal to no problems.

I know it is corny but beauty is skin deep and in this case even the thought of implants for you doesn’t sound right If they are done correctly,only you will know.Men are turned on by breasts of any size depending on the coverage rather than the size,some exceptions apply.

I work in the medical field implants can be very life threatening , when they burst, or can go very well.Generally you have an ace wrap around that area for a while to reduce swelling and once you are healed you have to watch for rejection, infections, or the implants bursting.You don’t just have the implants and away you go.You need to stay in the hospital over night.Insurance companies generally are reluctant to cover this procedure since they find it cosmetic.They will however cover it if you are a cancer patient.It does not come cheap.The after care is extensive and very time consuming.Before doing anything check with your insurance company as to coverage and then get a price quote.It is very expensive.Some physicians would rather take fat from another area of your body(hinder generally)and implant that instead.Reduces the risk of any rejection or infections.You will have a drainage tube to empty in most cases.Check with a physician before doing anything.Not a "fly by night" doctor either, one associated with a hospital with privileges to practice in that hospital.I could write a book about the number of patients that have come to our hospital with infections and so forth because they went to one of these doctors at a strip mall, or a clinic that was not associated with any hospital.Do your research and check with a physician qualified to do this, a real doctor we call them not a "fly by night " one. Well I would never get them. In my opinion, I would prefer to show off my natural beauty, which include the breasts I was born with. But if a woman just want another cup size added, I wouldn’t look down on her. To her it might be a confidence booster, no matter what anyone else thinks. Me on the other hand, I’m a petite person with too much boob. I actually have back problems from it. One day I think I might get a reduction. But the person that judges one for getting bigger boobs might judge me too for making them smaller!

People sometimes mistake temptations with a desire to compliment a women for her good looks. Compliments for beauty may have been a little less prevalent in the older day. I don’t know. Sexual tempt ions, may be defined as a desire to culminate the compliment with sexual engagement. Sexual engagement is the ultimate compliment that involves both persons placing themselves venerable for the rest of their lives for their own acetone. That is why most people call it making love. Most sex acts or desires outside of love would be classified a temptatation to do something unnatural to the well being of either party.

Try a water bra… it wears just like a normal bra, but it’s got water in it, so it makes your breasts appear bigger.
