Also referred to as augmentation mammoplasty, breast enlargement surgery provides a solution for women who are unsatisfied with their breast size. Well I personally don’t want implants!!! My boobs are big enough as is!! But if u really want it consider the risks of surger also don’t get them to big if u deside yes because big boobs can cause serious back pains and problems in the future (my doc told me i would have them!!) Personally i think the perfect size is a c cup!! so if your still young they might still grow if your older and do the research and are willing to take all the risks do it!! But don’t go to the "cheap" place go to a good doc with a good rep. so u know your chances of having problems will be less than going to someone who is cheap and doesn’t care about the client!!! There is some risk of sensitivity loss associated with both Breast Augmentation and Breast Reduction, however it is rare. Typically, the primary causes of this are surgeon error and patients not following post-op instructions from their surgeon. He has no obligation to fork over thousands for your implants. Getting the implants is your idea. Your boyfriend is telling you that he likes you. Bigger breasts isn’t going to make your relationship better. If that is one of your reasons for getting them, then you’re in for disappointment.

I don’t have implants, so I can’t really help you with whether they are worth it or not. However, just to give you something more to think about… It is much more difficult to detect breast cancer once someone has breast implants. If you have a family history of breast cancer, then you may want to skip the implants.

Gain weight or get pregnant. There is no pills or herbal remedies or voodoo cures for having big boobs. You do either of those things and you get to enjoy having to buy bigger tops, back pain and expensive undergarments!

I can’t remember which TV show I saw it on (Mythbusters maybe… could’ve been Manswers), but they can take an EXTREME amount of force before rupturing. I wouldn’t be concerned with them rupturing from your boyfriend laying on them.

Technically if you’ve just met in a bar it seems a little hard to be walking out on them as you’ve not really walked in anywhere with them. You’ve just walked away from a conversation because you didn’t like where it was going. If you’re wondering whether you should feel bad about your behaviour, I wouldn’t. If he’s going to start out talking about your breasts it’s pretty hard to get back to a getting to know you conversation after that.

I think they are unnecessary and a waste of money. Just be happy with the way you are. Mine aren’t that big, but that is how I am. There are more important things in life than breast size.

I’m sorry to hear that. My mom got them when I was 15 becasue she was a AAA bra size!!! And she didn’t go too big so she’s happy. I would suggest that you take them out if they don’t make you happy. I know that a lot of the implants are botched and a bad doctor can do them very badly.

I think it’s more of a "problem" when women decide to go bigger than what they should be. That’s what make them look fake. Not just the breasts, but the person. I’m not saying that this is true, but that is how it is perceived.

I personally have no problem with someone with small boobs wishing to enhance their figure. It’s the freaks who have the idea that it’s normal to have huge sticky-out things on a tiny frame that I take issue with – I mean, how do they not fall over?

the silicone in the implants is not a liquid, like they are with injections. The silicone is "gummy like" a cohesive gel. Therefore, you could cut the implant in half with a pair of scissors and they silicone will not leak out.

I don’t remember my exact total, but I believe it was around $5,000. I got my breast implants done with Dr. Robert Heck, from Columbus, Ohio.
