I’m going to build a breast augmentation pictures. It is a wonderful way to combine two traditions. Breast implants surgery is one of the best around wherever that is never to be overlooked. I thought this video was entertaining and informative. I don’t think I would want breasts quite so big, but I think he did a good job. It was nice to see what really happens during a breast augmentation.

First of, tell your ‘friend’ to make sure she has her implants placed under her chest muscles, especially if she may have more children. And not to bother with the tummy tuck until then either. Having the best doctor who is certified with the ASPS is more important than the price. You only have one body. She must research this diligently!!

for starters don’t change your body to impress guys do it for yourself. And to answer your question about guys liking bigger boobs….yes they do 90% of the time so if you think you would look hot with a set of bigger boobs do it, but keep in mind most guys that date you for your boob size are very shallow and just want to play with them not you.

I know from what I’ve heard from guys that they like the real thing better. If you are uncomfortable with how you look because of small breasts then I say do it. Any man who loves you will love you for YOU!

Personally I would not eliminate a potential partner because they had implants. You want your partner to be comfortable in their own skin and a decision of this magnitude should not be made because of what a future potential partner may or may not think. Everyone has an opinion. Do what you want to do for you and not for someone else.

I’m a girl, but I generally disagree with getting breast implants. I actually have a pretty small chest myself, but image is NOT everything! I think we should really just be happy with what we have, and the right guy for you will not judge you at all for having small breasts.

I think it a disgusting thing to do. Women’s bodies aren’t even finished developing by that time. We can still develop until 21 years old or later.

I don’t see anything wrong with breast implants. If you have low self esteem and want to feel more confident, more power to you. But I think it’s really cheap when women go overboard like Anna Nicole and Dolly Parton. Rule of thumb: don’t have a boob that’s bigger than your head!

generally no, since it is a cosmetic procedure. there was a case where the IRS lost, but this person was a pron star with super large implants and there was no other logical reason, except for business.

If it was a competition soley based on the attractiveness of a woman’s breasts then it should not be allowed. I would like to think that the woman would still have won whether her breasts were small or large in a normal beauty pagent..

The point you made in the last sentence should be of greater importance than the point of your question. It should not matter what men think about your "corrective" surgery. Generally, I am opposed to that particular procedure

Let her decide what she feels she’d be happy doing and support her decision either way. If she decides to get the surgery, help her make sure she is doing it for her own self rather than to make anyone else happy.

I think it’s a least 8 weeks before you can swim. Of course you are old enough to make the decision. But, since you are only 2 weeks from surgery, this is info your surgeon should have given you.

you probably don’t even need breast implants. as a guy, i can only speak for myself but I don’t like girls that have breast implants. natural is the best way to go. it make a girl more beautiful than one with hard rocks on her chest. you should post a picture of yourself, I bet everyone would say you don’t need them. but ya, don’t get implants.

You are way too thin for being 5′1". Even my mother weighed more than you at that age and she’s 4′11". Gain some weight (read at least 25 pounds to be healthy) and you’ll probably get some boobs. They’re not all that great to begin with and most men hate plastic breasts.

If you’re still young, drink a lot of milk. My family consists of A’s and B’s, and I drank a lot of milk while I was growing up, so I’m the proud owner of C’s.

I would think a little bigger than expected would be better since you are getting implants due to concerns of your breasts not being big enough. I would use a combination of your own ideas and the suggestion of your doctor. good luck!

i saw an interview in a magazine with 2 celebs, kendra wilkinson and kourtney kardashian, who are both pregnant and both have implants and they said that their doctors told them they can still breast feed with them in, because the new implants are safer and only saline. supposedly they are safe and cause no issues. glad its them though, im only 25 weeks and my breasts are HUGE and mine are natural.

I got breast implants for my 35th birthday. I think they are great for any reason that a woman wants them, even if it’s just for more confidence.

ok you should get silicone gel implants and have them placed under the muscle. i had mine done almost 2 years ago and they look so natural. no one even can tell that my breasts are fake lol. i have only one regret sometimes i wish i went a little bigger. i was an A cup and now they are full B. some days i wish i would have just went ahead with the C cup. but overall i am very happy because they are beautiful and i had one of the best doctors and no pain at all! swelling went down in a few days. i was walking out of the hospital and it was like nnormal lol. oh and he did the incision under my breasts so there is a thin scar there now but its light in color and it isnt raised. before you get the surgery you have to quit smoking for like a month and you have to get a mammogram to make sure your breasts are healthy. that freaking mammogram hurt so much lol and the surgery didnt. i think thats very funny. and the total cost was about $16k believe it or not because my doctor is famous he does celebrities and socialites in new york city. but i heard that you can get them from other doctors that are also good for like under 10k.

A woman’s breasts are not fully developed until she bears children. Check it out. Are you finished with having children? It seems somewhat foolish to invest in false breasts without knowing the long term results. I agree with the first responder in that by age forty, one is better suited for such a surgery, barring physical defect/deficiency.
