Do you mean in breastfeeding? Probably, probably not. It all depends how they did the surgery. You’ll probably have to go back to the surgeon that did your surgery and ask them if you can still breastfeed or pump milk.

Well first off there is always a chance your milk ducks may be damaged and prevent you from breastfeeding, that is just a chance though not a definate. Also, when you get pregnant wether you breastfeed or not your brease become a little larger sometimes alot other time very little and when your pregnancy is over they tend to go back to the normal size (in most cases anyways) and the volume tends to become reduced makeing them sag. So if you get implants befor, you may need to go back and get a lift after. So long story short, i would wait untill you have all the kids you want befor getting a boob job. Good luck!

breasts implants are just that–implants surgically put into a normal breast to increase size–augmentation on the other hand takes a breast and surgically lifts the surrounding membranes/skin to up lift the breast that are usually sagging–sometimes breast tissue is cut out and skin suttured to give the breast a more full natural look….

They will sag, as everything else will……. but there are surgeries that women get done so as to keep them "up" when they start falling down. If they only got the implants and let them stay there without having this "maintenance" performed, they would certainly fall down because it’s the skin around them what loses its firmness and therefore makes whatever is inside sag.

not at all! ive thought about getting implants when im a bit older, but its not to get attention from boys. I’m pretty flat chested and getting implants can really help your self esteem in that way, but you need to make sure your comfortable with the skin you’re in before you take such drastic actions. I really don’t think having implants necessarily makes you a slut, it all depends on the your intentions to get plastic surgery.

I’m a 23 year old female, I started as a 34A..or smaller..and I stumbled upon bravabreasts.com, I emailed the girl and actually got her to lower her original asking price, so that was great! I wore the system for 6 months, almost everyday for maybe 30-45 minutes each time. I ended up gaining an entire cup size, which for me, was seriously an answer to my prayers! I’ve ALWAYS wanted a bigger chest, and I finally got it. I’m satisfied! I guess I wouldnt mind going slightly bigger, but I’m a small girl, so it might look odd. Anyways, I really think anyone should give it a go…it’s cheaper than the real Brava and better and safer than surgery! And now, since I got such good results, I’m a seller of these machines as well…hence the name.
) You should give it a try before you risk your life with surgery or creams, etc.

Most implants are to make big ole tit ties out of nice small ones! That is vain and disgusting, to me. Some situations, such as what you described may not be too bad, but the only reason that I can think of that is TRULY good is after a mascectomy.

No, your implants would be left as is during the embalming process. If you are autopsied for some reason, then the implants are removed because they make an incision from your shoulder to the nipple, thus forcing the removal or puncturing of the implants. Is has been my experience that the implants (only if autopsied) come back whole in a plastic bag. But if there is not an autopsy, no worries, your implants will be fine! Take care!
