You mean pec implants? I have no idea why a man would get pec implants, that just signifies laziness. Women with a flat chest, in order to gain size in their breasts would have to get fat or get boob implants. Since men’s chests are just muscle (and fat), but don’t have mammary glands, a man has the convenience in being able to make his chest bigger or improve just from working out and losing fat and turning his man boobs to defined pecs or doing pushups and lifting weights and build up the muscle in his chest. Just get off your ass and workout and you will have nice pecs.

If they look too good, they probably will be suspected of being fake. Its kind of strange and backward these days will so much surgery around. I suspect there will be so much surgery that inflated figures will start to be unattractive, even if real.

It depends on the plastic surgeon you have take them out. Since the skin has been stretched, he’ll have to do a little "tuck" to remove the extra. They usually do that where the aerolia meets the skin so that no scar shows. You should interview several doctors before making a choice. you might want to get brest implants but it actually isn’t very healthy for you , it looks fake and you could expirience terrible side affects like infection. yes it causes so problems with breast feeding

Just so you know, breast implants have to be replaced after a period of time. I wouldn’t recommend getting them if you’re young.

Very few women need breast implants. That’s an area where size really doesn’t matter. That said, most men would not be disappointed if they found out they weren’t all hers. What is not good is when a woman has normal sized breasts and she makes them way too large.

What is wrong with her getting implants? I got implants when I was 18. I did well in college and have a good job now after having them for 5 years. My life is no different on the academic/job achievement end of the scale. The only difference is that I am a 5′4" blonde with a 32D instead of a 32B bra size.

it will HURT afterwards. surgery always does. What size are ur breasts? I know u dont want to hear people tell u not to do it and personally, i dont really care cuz its ur body. but i would not do it. OK so my breasts will be nicer I will be more attractive its not really any different from wearing makeup…but makeup u can take off! Something cud go wrong with the surgery, its really expensive and ur breasts wont be as nice to touch any more! They wont be YOURS. so i kinda dont see the point. push up bras and silicone pads are the extent. anywho thats my 2 cents. once again, yes it will hurt. they will feel weird. and did u read the question from the girl who got it done and theyre so hard she cant even push them together to make cleavage? hmmm.

I have implants and yes they feel different to me, but not by much. Now my friend has implants and she got them before she was married and to this day her husband doesnt know they are fake, lol. It really depends on what kind and the breat tissue you had before. Like I said my husband at times says he can feel the implant other times he cant.

people go through with stuff like that to boost their self confidence. Have you noticed that apart from celebs like models or Paris Hilton etc… most have big breasts… Some women do it because they think it will make them look more "normal" or they think men prefer larger ones so most people feel inadequate because well most people u see in mags are like that and really good looking etc… People get a lot of abuse about getting them because of vanity but a lot of women get them a a way to make them feel good about themselves because they lack in confidence.

I always think that they must have self-confidence issues or that they must be materialistic. I don’t like fake boobs; I prefer women to be women, without plastic tucked in places plastic shouldn’t be. I’m not going to go out with someone or not go out with someone based on the size of their boobs.

I have implants, due to surgery from breast cancer,they don’t leak as easily as you may think,but the strength of them will depend on the type of implant you’d have,there’s more than just silicone ones.Mine are silicone & I’ve had them for about 7 yrs now,no problems,I had a routine mammogram yesterday & believe me they squash your boobs quite hard,so if the implants can survive that procedure I should imagine you’ll be ok.Best to ask a specialist really,they’re used to being asked what you might think is a "silly question", & you’ll be taken seriously.I wish you all the best & hope you have thought this out thoroughly,Don’t leave any question (no matter how "silly")unanswered before you decide to go under the knife.With all due respect,you should only take note of answers from those who have implants or from someone in the medical proffession, anyone else’s answers are just guess work.

The only way you can realistically write them off is to consider them as medical expenses on your Schedule A – Itemized Deductions. I have heard of the IRS allowing the deduction for your profession, but you still have to have your total medical exceed 7.5% of your AGI to have the excess be deductible, and your total itemized deductions have to exceed your standard deduction. I’ve included an article that mentions a case where breast augmentation was allowed as a deduction by the IRS.

Massage them every day with almond oil or any oil that is specifically ment of ur prob. Join a gym, yes exercise can increase ur bust size, even 20 min jjogging everyday will help. Then after birth of a kid, the size is sure to increase. I wont suggest surgery, its better to have smthng real rather than a mountain of silicon. God bless u dont wory grl
