I have a close friend who got hers done after a masectomy and believe me when I tell you she is tough. She said it definitely was painful and if she did not have to she never would have.

As a 51yr. old male I believe that breast implants can be beneficial to women in alot of ways. Women who want to enhance their figure, women suffering from some type of a defect such as one breast not developing while the other did, and women recovering from breast cancer surgery seem to benefit the most. Unfortunately there are always those who will abuse anything like this and go from an "A" cup to a "Double F" cup and expect people to accept the change as a normal occurrence.

Yes it is possible but I would make a suggestion to you to not get the implants until after you have had your children and your breasts are stretched. Your breasts will already be large with the implants and then you put breast milk on top of that, your breasts will be way huge and stretched out after you stop nursing. Implants can also make breast feeding difficult. Talk to your surgeon and a good surgeon will be totally honest with you about the risks and benefits.

Depends if the implants are placed over or under the pectoral muscle. If its over the muscle, then yes, they will sag at bit with age. If its under the muscle, sagging will be minimal because the implant is in place in a pocket. The rest of your real breast tissue will in fact sag.

usually its about 3000 and up for a good surgeon. my dads gf has implants (they look really good and natural i couldnt tell until she told me lol) she has hers under the muscle but shes had them for so long that her muscles in her chest are starting to drop with the implant and shes going to have to get them re done so… it looks really good under the muscle but can have complications
