Using the argument that increasing your breast size with implants makes you more "fake", you could conversely say that having breast reduction surgery also makes you fake because you are essentially changing your body’s natural form. I hold that a woman should be able to make these kinds of decisions for herself without ridicule from society. I did no problem, lots of milk and no issues whatsoever. Mine are implanted under the muscle not just under the fatty tissue before the muscle so look into having them implanted there instead.
