Unnatural and unnecessary. People should learn to embrace their bodies. i had silicone implants done about 5 months ago and i am very pleased. i went from an A to a full B 320cc. i wish i would have gone bigger lol, but still i believe i made one of the best decisions of my life, because i have never looked or felt better and shopping is so much more fun because of the way i can fill out certain tops. the whole process cost me about 16k, but you can probably get them done for alot less, as i used one of the best doctors in NYC. i originally wanted saline, but i went with silicone with the doctors suggestion. it feels and looks so natural, and silicone is safer these days i heard, because it doesnt leak. mine was sort of a gummy bear texture. with saline, you could get a rippling affect, and i did not want to take that chance. goodluck to you!

NO of course they wont freeze but they will get pretty cold and take longer to warm up (stay cold for longer) than the rest of your body, and they will take longer to cool down when you get warm. It’s actually pretty cool!!

They don’t come in left and right.. all of the implants are the same-the surgeon puts either one in either side and fills it with saline.. each side can be filled with a different amount of saline to make them even, but it doesn’t matter which implant is in which side before they are filled. Why are you wondering?

The long term affects of silicone artificially being put into the body are not yet known, but many people who have had them for one decade have serious health problems that the plastic surgeons will not tell you about because they are out to make money. The right age to get silicone breast implants is NEVER! Guys can tell they’re fake anyway. Love the skin you’re in, girl! You don’t need lumps of a random inorganic chemical inside of you to be attractive.

most if not all of the victoria secret models (do you really think they naturally look like that?!) and many celebrities. they just don’t get them huge so it isn’t noticeable. personally, i would never. it’s not so much the health risks but i like my body. it’s important to accept yourself. i don’t mind being small even if many boys and society like big boobs.

The biggest problem is they are often too big. If they are only slightly larger than the real ones then they look and feel better, or more natural. Some are too hard.

She should get to her doctor and get a mammogram as soon as possible. Unfortunately, it is harder sometimes to diagnose breast cancer in women with implants. A bump or a lump does not automatically mean cancer, it could be fibrous tissue, an ingrown hair, infected mammary duct, or calcifications, but she needs to get to a doctor to rule all of that out.
