I GOT MINE DONE 3 YEARS AGO. I WENT ONE SIZE BIGGER THAN I THOUGHT I WANTED AND I AM GLAD THAT I DID I ALWAYS HEAR PEOPLE SAY THEY WISH THEY WENT BIGGER. I DIDN’T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH MINE. lol its silly but are you still close to the first place that did them? maybe they have some type of offer for you, seriously, and they did the work the first time maybe they can undo and redo for ya, i’d probably go the undo/redo route cause i heard the boobs sag after babys!!! and imagine 3 kids and awesome boobs, everyone will be jealous even me hahah

Ur breast size sounds perfect to me. There’s nothing more comfortable than ur own natural boobs. With ur height and ur intended weight u’ll look like a Barbie Doll. Bigger than that will look fake and unproportional. Love ur body and we’ll love u.

Why would you want to do that to yourself. Where padded bras. I wish I had that problem. I want reduction surgery but I’d have to pay the full price because on me it would be cosmetic. I hate my big boobs. I’m really limited in what I can where and I have comments aimed at me.

At eighteen your body is still developing. I used to want implants when I was a teen too. Wait it out, think about the possible ramifications, and learn to love yourself for who you are.
In the grand scheme of things, boob size does NOT matter.

This whole question is odd. Should I enlarge my breasts to attract men? That depends on what kind of man you want to attract. Do you want the one who likes your boobs or who likes you? The one who likes you wouldn’t care either way, but since the implants are expensive and a pain in the a** you just as well not get them.

No matter what your history it is ok to want to be satisfied with the way you look. I don’t think that getting implants says anything about the kind of person you are. Women, and men, get breast implants for many different reasons from cancer/removal to modeling careers. As for relationships you will get more attention, but do you want attention from someone who only noticed you because you cup size is larger?

How is she screwing up her life? I really don’t think that by getting plastic surgery you’re screwing up your life. I believe that it is to help enhance or to fix what nature didn’t and maybe it can help ones self esteem. You can talk to her and let her know how you feel about it, let her know that you think she doesn’t need implants that she is pretty enough and ask her to please think about it twice. Tell her that you really don’t support her idea but that if that what she wants and decides to go ahead with the surgery that you will still be her friend. I really don’t think that you should let a friendship of 6 years go down the drain, I understand that this bothers you but if you really care about her than don’t let this get between you two.

I know exactly what you are talking about with the uneven factor. It IS a problem, but unfortunately for the reputable doctors with good results, you will have to spend a pretty good amount. I wouldn’t necessarily say "you pay for what you get" because some doctors that do not do a good "natural" looking job still charge a lot. You really should do your research and book a consultation with several different surgeons (most offer free consultations) before you choose one. Base your decision on those visits, which one is truly concerned with your best interest and not just a huge bust, and what you think about the doctor when you visit with them. This is a big surgery you will have to live with- worth taking the time to research. Perhaps explain the situation with your mother and she can help you out with costs. If nothing else, I would save up.

23 is old enough, but if you’ve seen how implants look – you can tell they’re fake and bad boob jobs are everywhere. Ask for before/after pics from the doctor who’s going to do the surgery – and ask for references. You don’t want to pay megabucks to be have odd-looking breasts forever.

after your surgery yes your implants look way bigger due to swelling, as they soften up (the swelling going away) they will also fall into a more natural position. this can take up to a year. i suggest waiting atleast a year to decide if they still look to big for your body frame.

i honestly think that, that is not rellevant at all from wining a beauty pageant. who are you to say to a woman what to do with her body? breast implants or no breast implants are sure is heck not gona make her win a beauty pageant its more than that. i dont think their would be a difference.

Saline is much safer.They each have equally unsafe things about them any breat implant can rupture but if a saline one ruptures it is just saline.Silicone can ruptre and stick to vital organs and cause serious problems.

My friends proccedure was around $4000 I believe for implants, as for lift I am unsure. She went from size 32a to 34b. I do not think it is morally wrong to get implants, but as someone above me said, do be sure you want them. I have natural size 40DD, and it causes me a great deal of discomfort in my lower back, I can’t even sleep on my stomach because of it. If you are planning on doing a gradual increase, such as my friend did, you probably wouldn’t have much problem there then comfort wise, and she is extremely happy about it. But if you are looking for an outrageous increase, be sure about it, its expensive to get it undone as well.

Sometimes to balance out their body, if their rear is too large. Also for some to look better in clothes. While for others it could be self-esteem, some people were teased for having small breasts. Or it could be re-constructive boobs dropping with age or boobs removed after cancer. I think those are more likely rather then just for men. I think only strippers and porn stars think like that!
