Hell no! don’t let it happen. Your hubby should be shot for doing anything like that. First of all, they’re not his breasts. Second, why does he feel that they are too small. that’s a little creepy to me. Third, your daughter needs to accept who she is. Bigger breasts don’t help in getting an honorable man, because an honorable doesn’t feel that looks are as important as the person.

Probably the danger in both is the anesthetic. I had breast reduction surgery, and the only concern on my part and the medical team was my asthma and the anesthetic. It went fine. They observed me to make sure, but all was well. I had no complications from the surgery, and not only did it relieve my chronic back and shoulder pain, but made my breathing easier. I was actually able to exericise aerobically without pain – and without having an asthma attack due to the incredible weight on my chest before the surgery. I don’t know why anyone would want implants (unless they are totally flat – it’s the implants to become big that I don’t understand). I absolutely could not find anything good about having very large heavy breasts. I hated it when I grew them at age 13 and still hated them at age 26 when I had the BR done. I don’t miss them in the least now, five years later. I tried to like them, but couldn’t find a reason why. I love my breasts now. They are beautifcul.

I would think that the implants weigh more. Implants, particularly saline, are water based. Breast tissue is fat. Fat weighs less by volume. I came to this conclusion as I grew up at the beach. In the water, heavier individuals float better and the breast always floats upwards (when in an upright position) or to the top (when on your back). Not so sure about silicone which are actually feel and look more natural.

In my career as a mammographic technologist, I have felt hundreds of breast implants. By far, the majority do not feel very natural. Many are encapsulated, so they feel like hard rocks. The scars on the breasts are unappealing. But, my biggest problem with breast implants is this: It will be very, very difficult to find an early breast cancer in a patient with implants. The implants will hide the majority of breast tissue on the mammographic film. As you know, the earlier a cancer is caught, the longer the survival rate and the better the quality of life. So, it is possible that you can have a wife with implants that are fun for a coupla years, but look at the trade-offs……

They stay exactly where they are unless the person was autopsied. They pose absolutely no risk what-so-ever (most are saline and not sicilone, anyways). There would be no reason to remove them before cremation, that is unneccessary mutilation of the body. If you come with implants, you leave with implants.
