all i can tell you is what happened to my friend. she was not able to breastfeed, not sure why, and she had to have them redone after the pregnancy. not sure if that helps…

I got mine done in Maryland, which is somewhat close to PA. They were $6200 total. It’s good you understand to look for the right doctor and instead of looking for the right price. I always thought they were around $3,000 cause I had seen advertisements for around that price…but I was wrong. A lot of places don’t include facility fees, anesthesia fees, pain meds, after-care products and support bras, etc. When you go in for you’re consultations, just make sure everything is included. I all depends on the guy, but most likely, they would choose real breast because it is natural. Also, if it comes to their partners, they would prefer a "real girl" like no implants or anything like that because it is unrealistic and also dangerous.

the only way i think its ok is if your body is very badly misinformed or disfigured but it has to pretty bad ( im not talkin about if u feel there dis formed cuz there to small or they dont fill ur shirt nice) mine are slight different sizes and i still wouldn’t get them even tho im very self conscious of them………………………….but hey eveyone has there own thoughts

Of course you can be pregnant and have breast implants. Some women can even breast feed still with them. It all depends on how the implants are put in. If they damage your milk glands during the operation you will not be able to breast feed because your milk will not come in.

I got BA 2 months ago aswell and went from an A/B to a DD, which is the biggest size VS offers, but I was able to find bras that fit perfect there…I would recommend getting measured there by someone to find on your exact size and what I did was find a girl I was comfortable with that worked there, and she came into the fitting room and since she knew I had BA she was able to help me find a better fitting bra. They offer sexier bras for big chests that aren’t full coverage. Also, my doctor recommended that I get more slight push ups since that will help lift your breasts even more to prevent "bottoming out" of the implant. The bras especially made for implants are full coverage and VERY unattractive in my opinion! Congrats on the new boobies, they’re great eh?!?!?!

Yes Saline is better than silicone becacause sal;ine is salt water and if it leaks it will not harm you. Silicone on the other hand can cause much harm ,you can get silicone poisoning

You can go back in a week. After about the fourth or fifth day it just feels like you had a really hard workout. It’s really hard to lift things for a few weeks though so if you have a job that requires lifting it will be much longer before you can return to work.

You can always tell. . .they stay perky when you lay down. There are a lot of jokes about old saggy women with perky breasts. I keep trying to tell my nieces about tattoos and sagging skin as you get older. They laughed until they went with me to get my ears repierced. My ear lobes were sagging so bad that I had to get them repierced a bit higher. LOL. . .it sure all goes south. . . but not sure about implants and where they end up.

Your asking for an opinion. Personally, I am also a C. Sometimes I would like to be larger, but most times I like the way I look. My nose fits my face. Sometimes I like it, and sometimes I think it’s too large. I know that I look at least 20 yrs younger because when my daughter and I are together we confuse people. I have thought of body altering procedures, then I rethink because I am a bit hesitant about having to live with the posibility that I would not like the outcome. The fact is I believe that your not being able to decide could be solved by maybe a new hairstyle, new glasses, something modern, access your wardrobe and make some changes that will accentuate your assets. If you don’t already start working out. It’s amazing what a little free weight workout can do for the chest. It’s like a lift and augmentation without the knife! I personally don’t want anyone cutting on me voluntarily. Think about another avenue. I am sure you are beautiful just the way you are.
