Are you talking about the girl in Florida? She was 18 and died to a reaction of the anesthesia. No doctor in their right mind would do breast implants on a 15 year old child that is still growing.

I don’t understand it. When I first saw Miss California, I could tell right away that she had gotten breast implants. She had the tell-tale gap down the middle of her chest plus I could see the outlines of the implants at the tops of her breasts. Breast implants just don’t look natural and I’m not sure they should be allowed in beauty pageants since the women are supposed to be judged for having natural beauty, not plastic surgery enhancements.

if you want the most natural look and don’t plan on going freakish…like quad "d" or something… say two cups… go saline in Taiwan… those docs over there know how to make you look like a natural "c" and not even an over experienced guy like me will throw up on the bad jobs these stateside docs put on you….

I find it kind of splitting hairs to say that there is a contest that is superficial as it is based on how someone looks, then suddenly say, let’s not have fake breasts to match the fake tan because that takes away the fairness. Look it’s a contest on how someone looks and can answer questions they’ve drilled a million times. There isn’t anything particularly real about it, except for when someone slips or says something stupid. If you’re going to start making restrictions on plastic surgery, then why not do a beauty pageant that doesn’t have makeup? Let’s real it up. Maybe we can do a mix of American Gladiators/Miss America competition. At least then, I’d watch.

That is actually pretty big, like at least a D or higher. However, they will look less natural than if you went smaller. A 350-450 cc will put you at a large B to a C. You’ll have to weigh your options whether you want very large breasts, or a more natural look where people can’t really tell you had anything done.

It’s difficult to say as each woman’s experience is different. Some will say it doesn’t effect breastfeeding, but there has been many cases where it has! It’s your personal choice to take that risk. My advice would be to have your children first then have the surgery later on once all your breastfeeding is done. But, ultimately it’s up to you and no one should judge you for your decision. Yes, it’s wrong. Doing anything permanent to your body for the sake of fashion is pretty stupid, anyway. Fashions change. I doubt that large breasts will go out of style any time soon, but most men HATE implants. Tell your friend not to do it.

I had surgery due to breast cancer and now wear a prosthesis to balance both sides – if I could afford it I too would get implants. Not all women get them for attention from men.

It usually takes 3-6 months with implants placed "under the muscle." This is the time for the tissues around the implants to stretch and accommodate them. The implants over this course of time "settle" to a lower position within the breasts and look more natural.

Sometimes you can really tell. Some women tend to get implants that are way too big, and that makes it so obvious. You should get implants that are more proportionate to your body size and weight, not those big, huge, cartoon-like ones.

Sounds more like you need a brain implant more than she needs a breast implant. She needs to dump you and go to the pound if she wants another dog. I’m sure she’s beautiful just the way she is. If she’s as smart as I think she is then she’ll dump you and keep the breast she’s got.

The FDA approved cohesive gel silicone implants in 2006. They were only tested on women 22 and over, so those women only (22 or over) can get them. The average cost of implants in the US is between 4-5K, I would expect the procedure in Hawaii to be more expensive, probably closer to what you would find in major US cities, between 9-15K. Do not Bargain shop, you want the best surgeon you can find.

As everyone just said, it all depends on your doctor and location. I just got my breast implants yesterday (yeah!!! so happy!!!) in Scottsdale, AZ and i paid $6,700 altogether. However if any complications arrise I will have to pay for any reviions. Anyway, $6.700 is what I paid the surgeon, the asthesionogist, the nurses,, etc.., that amount covered the whole thing,
