you know as you gracefully age, your body changes. i used to a 34b now at a size 12 i am a 38b without sergery and i am not fat. think before you move ahead. i wanted bigger breasts too but they came in time.

Very few surgeons will use the silicone implants now because of the health problems they caused. You would have to find a surgeon first who uses them.

because nobody wants to gain weight, well in areas other than boobs. to gain 30 pounds would be to sacrifice your flat stomach. breast implants are the way to get bigger boobs without getting belly fat or anything.

personally for a while i wanted breast implants cause i saw guys that i hang out with look at girls with decent sized boobs, usually a big b or a medium c, i still kinda want them but thats just cause im unhappy with my breast size, i have a child and it made my breasts grow but still not to the size i would like to be, i also think it helps a lot of females self confidence, cause you have a more fuller upper half and thats just what some girls want.

No they leave you the way you are and drain the blood and put embalming fluid but they do nothing to the breast implants. The reason for this is they want to leave you as your family remembered you.

I don’t think parents should buy them for them, especially when they are that young. Yes, they are still growing – I didn’t reach full size till about 22. Plus those things don’t last forever, eventually they will have to be replaced. The younger you are when you get them, the more surgeries you may have to have… Plus, I say make the kids pay for ‘em. Hopefully by the time they saved all that money, they will have figured out what it is they really want or need and spend their hard earned money on that

Some get it because they feel their body is ugly with small boobs and it makes THEM feel better about themselves…others get it because they believe those fake boobs make them more attractive to OTHERS. Either way….I can’t believe SO many girls are willing to put themselves through all that…I mean, it’s no a one time thing…they have to be replaced though out life and there are so many risks…….and it’s all because of personal insecurities. Sad.

iv never heard of any that…and i too am very interested in getting a breast aug…it wont improve ur relationships rather than in a way YOU will be more confindent in yourself..and with confidence alone drives men in and if ur confident ur happy…thus the relationship is happy…as for the breast implants making the relationship better i dont think so…sex would be the main thing it would change im sure of…

That is crazy and if you can’t convince him it is wrong you should report this to Social Services for intervention as well as the AMA for the sicko Dr who would mutilate a child in this manner. She is 15 and still developing – no girl or woman should ever be forced into a form she does not want. Please put a stop to this it is criminal and will ruin your child’s life.

I think they are stupid and just a way to get popular quickly. Now if you had a A cup all of your life or your breasts are really deformed or look abnomral then I don’t see a reason to get them. They don’t feel like the real thing which can be a turn off for some guys. Wonder what other guys think?

i do. i think its dangerous for ur health, and sooooo not worth it. my boobs are very small but they (or your body) is not who you are; its just the first impression other people get…and who you really are matters. besides, nobody has ever ditched me cos of my boobs, even though i have found it hard to imagine myself atractive with such small boobs….so i guess just DONT DO IT.

yeaaaaaaaaaaah, that won’t go anywhere sense they already have plastic sergons and such over there. And they probably already know of them, however they also probably don’t like them.
