I had mine done on the nhs when i was 18, and it hurt! If you really do want it done then do a lot of reaserch into surgeons even if you have to travel to get to someone with a good reputation. Make sure you know about all of the possible drawbacks and anything that could go wrong. (Like you have to have them re-done every ten years and scar tissue may never fully dissappear for some people.) Be prepared to pay alot for quality and enjoy your boobs! Once they heal they look great!

she may be jealous or just dislikes a women changing her body in that way. I would never have implants because its fake and not what God gave me. if your happy with the decision you made then don’t stress about it she will get over it.

Why? Fresh incision, sutures, hopefully at least you have the drains removed-surgery that costs finacially and physically-I am sure your surgeon discussed this with you-if he didn’t then he is at fault. No pressure-on the boobs-are you blond??? are you still taking pain medication??? Take 2 cotton balls and call your surgeon!!!

no i don’t think so. i think breast implants increase a woman’s appearance and confidence levels. if she works for hooters or anything that has to show the body than yes they probably would increase her income just a little bit but if its more of a corporate job than most likely she will have to be more Professional and cover up her new goods

no you wont be able to breastfeed the baby then. its not a stupid quesyion everybody has stuff they need to know about dont be crazy that is not a stupid question but try alot of diff stores then maybe you will find the right bra that you like. its always good to ask questions but im in a 40d and satisfied with then god made you who you are and gave you then for a reason
