I have 290cc implants filled to 310cc with saline. I chose saline because if for some reason they do rupture, it won’t hurt my body in any way. Saline is salt water, which is naturally absorbed by your body. Also, if they did rupture, I wouldn’t have to get them removed/replaced immediately. With silicone you can’t waste any time in removal/replacement because silicone is bad for your body. Thats why they deemed it unsafe for procedures until recently!

They will remove some skin during a lift so actually they will be a tinier bit smaller than they were but, they will be perky. I wanted to go with a lift after breastfeeding two kids in a row, it was twice the expense and three times the cutting and scars. I decided to go with implants 10 years ago and am very happy I did. (so is my husband) My only advice is don’t go with implants too much bigger than what you have naturally.

well i dont have implants but i know a few friends who do and their implants don’t stick out of their skin. you dont know what your talking about. it sounds like to me your jealous. implants look natural and they sag just like the natural breasts do overtime. yes, if your a skinny girl and you have big implants you will be able to feel the implants but besides that you can’t tell just by looking at a girl that she has implants….sorry. but i do understand what your saying about 95% of girls these days have implants, and only 5% have real breasts.

That mother should be shot. No one should ever express doubt in their child. As a parent you should be boosting self-esteem, not destroying it. It doesn’t matter if they want to be a model or not, do you think your daughter isn’t beautiful? And at thirteen, there’s plenty of growing left to do. Imagine the ugliness in a few years when the real breasts are in with an extra fake boob growing out of the side.

It didn’t change who I was, so everyone acted just the same around me. Some women who get implants that are far too large for their body type often get stares and criticism. I think they did that to themselves and should be prepared for lots of rudeness. I requested that my surgeon use something that looked totally normal and proportional to my body size and that’s exactly what he did.

Go to your local plastic surgeon for a consultation. Most cosmetic surgeons will give you a consultation for free. Dont stop at just one, make sure you get a second opinion. My wife recently had hers done and she didnt feel comfortable with the first surgeon we went to. He was informative but there was something about him that the wife just did not like. And when you go in for the consultation, ask the surgeon to look at some of his work. And if he does not feel confident that he can perform this operation ask him if there is a surgeon that he would recommend. Good luck in all of your endeavors.

"Everyone" does not think breast implants are hot. Most all breast impants are an improvement for a girl with her clothing on. However, naked, some implanted breast look sick for a variety of reasons, (veiny, scarring, easty-westies, northy-southies, fish-eyed, ridges, too firm, blasting out really fake like) But good boob jobs are great!

Like any other medical procedure, the military must waiver it for your entry into service. I’m not sure f the policy, but I have seen several people denied enlistment due to medical problems / Surgeries… Check with your recruiter.

i cant say first hand, but i did hear that it doesnt cause problems with breastfeeding or anything…..but personally if i were to do that, i’d wait because pregnancy can stretch skin and stuff so the skin will be all "sagging" again after that expensive surgery.
