The best possible advice is: DON’T DO IT! There are complications that no one tells you about. I had mastectomies with reconstruction – silicone gel implants. As of this date, due to complications, I’ve had surgery on my breasts 19, yes nineteen, times. I’ve been in severe pain for over 20 years, & it will never get better. Unless you like never ending severe pain, & a chest that looks like a training ground for surgeons, DO NOT DO IT!

I don’t have them, but I’m thinking about getting them. Bras are hard to find b/c my rib cage is kinda big, but my boobs are so tiny. I have a hard time finding women’s clothes that I can fill out so I still shop in the junior’s dept (I’m 25). I’m happily married and my husband likes me just the way I am, but I’ve always found women w/ larger breasts more attractive and I know I’d feel sexier if I actually had boobs! So, it’s not about making strangers happy, it’s about making myself happy and making shopping easier!

Im an Acup and i realize thats better than breats that wont jiggle when i move or how the breats wont lay down when you do. And seeing how the pretty much cut you nipple off. Its a major surgury. I really hope this is what you want. You should be happy with what you have. But if you do want to go through with it since it paid for dont think about pain or swelling for a week. Research to find out the maintenance on something like that. I heard that you have to get them redone every 10-20 years at $10,000 everytime… show her stuff that has gone wrong as well. Just make sure that doing this is for herself and no one else.

i don’t know much other than how freakin expensive it is! i mean i always wanted them because i’m a 34 b but i just don’t like the shape, i did research and if your willing to put out the money, you might want to try fatty tissue transplant, it is safer and much more resilliant to infection and doesn’t feel fake. it much more expensive but from what i understand it’s worth it, if your truley looking to enhance yourself.

Learn to love your body the way it is. Every body is unique, and you shouldn’t try to make yours look like somebody else’s, or try to fit a rigid cultural ideal of beauty. Besides, breast implants are disgusting. I can always tell the difference, and fake ones aren’t nearly as supple and pleasant as real ones. They don’t even move. Really, honey, they’re obvious and the just *scream* low self-esteem. That’s something that will draw the wrong guys if you broadcast it to the world.

Do not go through with this women who are often unhappy with their breasts can sometimes contemplate suicide or become extremely depressed. as much as i love boobs (and i do) nothing is more saddening that someone who is unhappy with themselves. women get breast implants to be empowered. if you don’t like them take them out, you’ll have to go through a surgery but youll be happier for it in the long run. i know this is totally mans view and all, but im just giving you my perspective.

I have a friend who has had her implants for almost 10 years and only until recently has her doctor mentioned getting them done again. I really think it depends on the person and their overall health. Also, it depends on the doctor. Make sure she does extensive research on the procedure itself AND the doctor she may choose.

Why on earth do you want silicone? don’t you know how dangerous that is if they ever leak, saline is much safer. If saline implants leak your body absorbs the saline and there’s no problem. However with silicon, your body can’t absorb that. I’m all for plastic surgery if it makes you feel good about yourself, that said I think you should be a minimum of 21 years before do something like that. While you’re waiting research the benefits of saline vs. silicone
