I haven’t had a BA…YET. But if I am unhappy for any reason after I have mine done then I will go back to the PS and ask for a redo. You should be happy with your body…and if you are not, then have the surgeon fix it. You already spent so long being unhappy with your body, don’t wait any longer. Good luck with your decision!

A woman might, or she might not- and it may be a situation where she will produce some breast milk but not enough to breast feed exclusively. A lot depends on the development of the breast before the augmentation as well as the type of incision used to place the implants, where the implants are placed and what damage is done to the ducts and glands themselves. If a woman thinks she might like to have a child and breastfeed after surgery, it’s worth it to make mention of that to the plastic surgeon beforehand. Otherwise, it’s really just a matter of trying and seeing what happens. Most women will produce some breast milk, some will just produce more than others. The breast milk itself would be unchanged, since you wouldn’t have done anything to alter the glands themselves at all. New moms should always at least try to breast feed, even if they had augmentations done. Breast is still best for mom and baby, no matter how much or how little.

I didn’t get implants until after my son was born but I have a friend who has them. The implants were put in about 4 years before her first child and they were about 450 CC (they looked too big on her small frame).The breasts got to about a D cup during the pregnancy and looked way out proportion to her body. She breastfed her daughter and was HUGE!! She then got pregnant again about 8 months after her daughter. (Her & her hubby only used the calendar method). After the birth of her son she again breastfed and her breasts got even bigger. She’s only 5′2" and weighed about 102 lbs even after both babies so a DD or bigger looked rediculous. She just had her first set of implants removed and new smaller ones put in (cost her double what the first set was). The second surgery was alot more extensive due to having to remove excess skin. She was into looking like a barbie doll before the too big Dolly boobs but I think her husband put his foot down when it came to all the stares and jokes and was willing to pay for the surgery. There is always the possibility that your breasts won’t get too much bigger and will go down after you have you baby, but then again you may need another surgery for the implants. My plastic surgeon told me this.

My friends insurance covered hers, but it was because she had cancer and they had to remove both her breasts. Blue Cross Blue Shield paid to have new ones put on but they had to be the same size she was before. Look it up in your insurance book.

I think they become hard as a rock after a certain time. Yesterday I head on news some girl fell down and hers ruptured . I would think for sure the silicone in bloodstream would cause cancer. Blood would instantly be exposed to the poison. I cannot see anything sensible or not dangerous about it.

Im a 34 C and i have trouble with them sometimes, i’ve never heard of anyone wanting to be bigger if they started out with already big boobs. I dont think you shouold get em but thats just my opinion

Guys like breasts, period. But I think they prefer ones they can play with, so if they are too small, they are not much fun. I had A’s for 33 years, and my guy plays with my C’s more now. They are soft and firm (silicone) like a young teenagers breasts. They are your body temperature, always.

Well, don’t tell her that it’s stupid, or a bad idea strait out, talk to her from her side of the fence, tell her that you understand that she feels that she needs it, and that it will make her feel better about her self, and that in the end you will be there for her no matter what decision she makes, but that from an outsiders view point, she is not as imperfect as she perceives herself to be. tell her that we are our own biggest critics, and that bigger breasts will not make her a different person. tell her that no matter what, she is beautiful, not just to you, and not just on the outside. She needs a friend, and she needs to know she is not making this decision alone, or in spite of her public, but that there are people who see her and care for her, tell her that if after deep thought and understanding of the procedure and possible dangers, and results, that if this would truly make her a happier person in the end, then you support her, and then you have to think about her, because if she thinks it will make her a happier person, then as her friend, you need to be there for her, because in the end, it is about her. Expect to pay $5000.00 for the implants. You may not need a lift with the implants. That surgery is usually about the same price. HOWEVER, if the same doctor does both procedures together, you will likely pay less.

The original hoopla that got the things pulled from the market was allegations of them causing connective tissue disorders. It turns out that the incidence is the same as in a comparable population without the implants. Obviously, a small difference could show up in the bust group as compared to the control group in another few zillion boobs, though the increased incidence would of necessity be quite small. My take is that the comparison will break down to a difference between the incidence of the disease and the incidence of the diagnosis, and we’re talking about vain, whiny women who might get money in a legal settlement, so the safety of the things is probably even better than is apparent.

I had mine done almost 2 years ago because I was also deflated from nursing and also small ( an AA cup) I am satisfied with mine. I would have liked to go a little larger but the doc said he couldn’t safely go any bigger (I’m a C now) Anyway, I guess I would have to ask if yours are under the muscle? If not that is probably the reason for the sagging. My best advice is to consult another surgeon and descuss your specific concerns with your breasts and see if he can offer some advice.

go for it. but you’ve gotta consider what kind of shallow vapid woman you’ll be attracting if you do. you know, a lot of girls are way more attracted to a sexy mind on an average guy rather than a dumb mind on a sexy body. so maybe work on your brain first… something to think about….hope this helps.

possibly because ur breasts grow during pregnancy and they wouldn’t have time to settle, however i am no expert so it’s prob best to ask the doc and that way u will get more sound advice. Good luck.

Well I would think you have to be at least 18 because thats usually when your breast are fully developed, I wouldnt get then until then. You can still grow within the next 2 years
