Despite its popularity, breast augmentation carries a lot of health, cosmetic, and economic risks that increase over time. The FDA said these include complications like breast pain, chest wall deformity, delayed wound healing, infection, inflammation, nipple or breast changes, redness, bruising, and rupture or deflation of the implant that may require additional operations or removal of the implant itself. In 2004 alone, over 50,000 implant removal procedures were reported.
But the worse is yet to come. The FDA added that removing breast implants may also produce undesirable and irreversible breast changes such as wrinkling, dimpling, puckering, and breast tissue loss. To this day, many safety issues remain unanswered and the long-term risks of breast implants are unknown due to the lack of scientific studies.
"Breast implants do not last forever. If you decide to get breast implants, you will likely need additional surgeries on your breasts over your lifetime due to rupture, other complications (for example, capsular contracture, breast pain), or unacceptable cosmetic outcomes (for example, asymmetry, unsatisfactory style/size, wrinkling/rippling)," the FDA said.

"Experts also advise women to have realistic expectations about breast implants. There is no guarantee that the results will match those of other women. Overall health, age, chest structure, the shape and position of the breast and nipple, skin texture, the tendency to bleed, prior breast surgeries, and the surgical team’s skill and experience all figure into the outcome of breast implant surgeries," added Carol Rados in the FDA Consumer magazine.

Being a man I wouldn`t get them but it all depends. I have seen women that I thought yeah in my eyes she should and others who didn`t need them but wanted them. Its all about what you want. But I also love breast

Sure, spend money on the surgery. Then start to talk with men, only to have them gawk at your breasts and talk TO your breasts and not with you. Throw in a thinner frame on a six foot tall body and dating can get really frustrating. I speak from experience. It finally took putting a personal ad with no photo and the grace of God to finally meet the man who is now my husband. Ten years, several weight fluctuations, including a pregnancy, later, he still loves me for me.

I was also the same size and I do not regret getting them I know exactly what you mean about the clothes thing since most of the cute ones now a days are designed for women with breasts. I also don’t ride dirt bikes or lift weights or anything like that. I would also talk to a doctor about that, although they are pretty tough there is the possibility that they can rupture. I do feel like I am more careful now when I rough house with my husband and kids but I have only had mine since March and they say they are healed after a year. My mom lifts weights and she has had her’s longer. A lot of offices will give you a free consultation.

I dont feel like you should consider it, I have small boobs as well and the thing that makes me feel better and confident is when I think of how small Kate Hudson’s and Kiera Knightley boob’s are. They embrace their small chests and are still so confident! But if you honestly feel like you need boob implants, then I would say wait until your mid to late twenties. Just remember, men may like women with big fake boobs, but they LOVE women with natural breasts.

I had mine put in through the armpit and I did loose sensation down the back of my arms, however it is slowly coming back. I actually noticed and increase in sensitivity in the nipple area.

Any guy that would prefer implants over real is not worth knowing. Think about the kind of guy they must be, very shallow and not bothered about the girl as a person. These kinds of guys only view women as sexual objects, so they might look at you with your C cup implants and try to get you into bed but it’s not like they want a relationship with you. They basically just view you as a sexual object and that’s it.

Push up bras are definitely a must with padding. The other thing you can do is learn how to do push-ups correctly (they can be done standing and up against the wall). Keeping your chest muscles toned will help the girls stay perky and supported. If you decide to invest in a cream or pill, you’re probably doing harm to your body or wasting money.
