I am a plastic surgeon in Utah. I require women to be able to sign their own consent, which means 18. You will find some plastic surgeons that would operate on you at 16, I would not trust their judgement enough to allow them to operate on you. There are unique situations such as failure of one breast to develop due to trauma or congenital deformity for which I would operate much younger.

I’m not sure exactly on the effect of them but I know that one of my close friends got implants and she tried to breastfeed both of her kids and they never took. It was really hard and they both ended up never getting to breastfeed and had to be formula feed.

No you can’t sorry because of the anesthesia and the danger of unnecessary surgery during pregnancy. It would be better to reshedule for a time after you have given birth. Another thing is that after you give birth your boobs will swell to their max when your milk comes in whether or not you choose to breastfeed. This in addition to growth during pregnancy alone is what makes them saggy. You really don’t want to put your baby in any kind of danger. Good luck and have a happy pregnancy!

i have breast implant and am pregnant with baby number three (got them in jan and got this lil suprise in may!) and my boobs are holding up great. They ARENT SAGGING and my doc says i can still breast feed. Just make sure you wear a sports bra when sleeping and massage with cocoa butter so they can still look pretty after you have your baby.

We don’t want our girlfriend/wife to be fake since we want to be real with her. You know, intimate in a deeper sense. Fake boobs don’t add anything to a relationship.
