To get implants on the NHS you would need to convince your GP that it was damaging your mental health and that it would be in your best interests to get them done. Now a days a lot of celebs have them done but not only celebs alot of every day normal people get them done. I got mine in 2006. Everything went smoothly and to this day i dont feel like there is anything weird in my body. As for changing them every few years… every one who’s never had them swears by that but after talking to many doctors and women who have had them for years they well tell you that its not true, you only need to change them if you let them harden and you feel a discomfort.

SILICONE!!!! By a long shot! Silicone looks more natural, feels more natural and is much more "realistic". Saline ripples much easier. (Ripples are a dead giveaway and super ugly too). Ask the doc if you can feel a saline implant and a silicone implant so you can compare the feel – she/he should have samples.

Any time you go under a general anesthetic, there exists the risk of death, or incomplete anesthetising. This, along with shifting implants, scar tissue, leakage and sag later in life makes it JUST NOT WORTH IT. Just make the most of what you already have.

This is a question that only you know the real answers for size, but I would say that most guys wouldn’t have an issue with a woman who has breast implants. I would try to stay in proportion to you overall body size. Really though, its not all about the breast, but the woman. Helping your self image is a great start though. Its much better being around someone who feels good about themselves.Can’t answer the 3rd question, and i’m sure the doctor can help you with the 4th.

You really need to speak with a plastic surgeon personally to find out what would be best for you. Women with larger breasts will likely get nice, round, perky breasts from a lift alone, but if you’re on the smaller side, you may need implants to give you the desired effect. You need to exercise your pectoralis muscles which are the ones that hold up the breast tissue. Excersising this will help the supporting muscles so your breasts look perkier as they are better supported.
