You have specify the method, and going over or under the muscle, as the recovery, pain and restrictions are much different for the different methods.

I don’t think breast implants look good. It’s not natural and when you see something with them, you automatically know that they have implants.

Breast implants are not under pressure and are generally filled with non-volatile fluid (sterile saline, for example). The maximum cabin altitude for commercial airliners is 8000 feet, roughly the same as Telluride, Colorado. If the implants don’t explode in Telluride (and they don’t), they won’t explode on the airplane.

I am as astonished as you are! I think these dads are not doing their daughters favors but actually ruining their lives. If lets say the girls had just recovered from, say, breast cancer, and needed augmentation, then I can understand. But if it is just to make them larger so that they can flaunt them in front of strangers, these dads had got to be out of their minds. There are risks involved in all surgeries, not to mention the risks of having the saline bags leaking and inability to breastfeed when they decide to start a family years from now. Parents should be ensuring that their children are beautiful as they are, and not hinting that they’re not perfect by paying for plastic surgery.

Good for your if that makes you feel better. Honestly though I am happy with myself and can not justify spending money on boobs. 34C is good enough for me since i am 5′2 and petite. But if it’s none of our business why are you giving us all those details about yourself? Just curious! Oh and I am all natural and wouldn’t get implants BUT that does not make me "bitter, ignorant, unattractive, desirous females who wish they could look like us! " those words just make you sound really insecure.

They go by CC’s, and you can get them filled with as little or as much as you want, depending on what your body will allow, so nearly infinate.

I havent had them done myself, but i know many girls who have done that – some look good, some look bad, some really messed up. One girls boobs look like there is one boob on another, many look like skin is gona pop as soon as you touch them (usually for strippers and porn stars who make them too big), one girl had one implant go bad and now she is stuck with one big boob and one small one.

it’s none of their business. I don’t care HOW SMALL the office is. tell them (if you must) you’re going on vacation. If someone notices tell them you learned some new exercises to build them up. OR you could just tell them that the clothes you were wearing were more baggy and these new ones are tighter and more revealing. "I thought a new wardrobe would enhance my appearance, what do you think?"

Maybe they leak out after a while, and then the plastic around it decomposes itself with time. Just a guess!

Some women do if their implants are really large. Larger implants puts excess pressure on the surrounding tissue and nerves thus causing decreased sensation. Think about when you put a tourniquet around your forearm…your hand starts to go numb. While you aren’t exactly cutting off total circulation to your breasts, you do decrease it with very large implants (or ones that are too large for your body). The same kind of symptom happens. ALSO…nerves can get damaged during the placement of the implants, this may also cause decreased sensitivity. (feeling)

The saline pouches are supposed to be safe and they feel soft and real. Silicone ones can get hard and usually feel like they are fake…Of course maybe they have new material that they are using now I don’t know. The danger I believe is when you do extreme augmentation. Good luck. As for what I think of them? Well I think big breasts are great!!!

Wow…why do you think a man should pay for something that is your idea? Breast implants are ridiculous. Listen to your boyfriend who doesn’t even want you to get them!! Maybe he wants to keep you in your natural state of beauty. Don’t assume that he should pay for something because you feel like ruining your body.

A person who posted last night re the cost of steel sheet ,it realy depends where you go to buy it, galvinized is around £740 per metric ton and standard is around £650 per ton- hope this helps
