You definitely don’t want to have breast implants before pregnancy. Chemicals may be present that leach out of the implants in small amounts and could affect the fetus in the uterus. do not get the tear dropped shape. a C sounds about right but you can be a small C or a full C. depends on your body type. you are supposed to have them replaced every 10 years. silicone is now safer and feels more natural than saline.
