18 and up are allowed to get it. Your body your money if you feel implants are the best option for you go for it. Be sure to do a LOT of research about implants,and surgeons. Best of luck to you.

I think you should talk to your doctor, your obgyn guy…Find out if you’ve finished growing and and then go find women that have implants…then make your desicion…not to be made lightly…major surgery and expensive….Best of Luck I’m sure your a very pretty girl as you are!!!

You usually can, but I would wait to get a boob job until you are done having kids, that way the doc can fix anything that mother nature decideds to re-arrange with pregnancy and breastfeeding. Plus, why spend $5K for beautiful breasts when you aren’t done having kids, wait until you’re done and then you’ll only have to get one surgery. Plus if you’re a 32D I wouldn’t say implants are an emergency or necessity!

Each pair of implants has their own serial number on them and they are registered to you and you only. So they could actually use this to identify your body if they ever need to! LOL

Yes they are able to do this. Its called fat replacement surgery, but most aren’t able to achieve consistent results. IThere is one doctor in New York that is able to get results consistently (I caught the tail end of a documentary) Unfortunately, I cant remember his name as I am also interested in it. If I find it I will re-post. This surgery is currently more expensive that Implants.

No. You always have an incision with breast implants. Some surgeons make the cut in areas less obvious than others but if you keloid easily then I wouldn’t recommend it as you most certainly will scar. There are certain things you can apply so many days after surgery that help with scarring but you cannot avoid keloiding if you are prone to it.

well first off..I think breast implants can be kinda stupid if you get them soo obviously fake!..but if you are REALLY uncomfortable w/ the size then i guess its ok!..also..if your fiance thinks they are good the way they are then Great!..and even if you think hes lying..it must not really be that big of a deal or he would tell you..right?

Some are craving attention, it’s true. But there are many women who really do have legitimate causes such as women who’ve had a mastectomy, were born with uneven breasts, or they are just disproportional to the rest of their body. I honestly don’t think it’s right for a woman who has been born with the genes to develop breasts large enough to fit their body to judge other women who weren’t as lucky as them. You have never known the feeling to be teased about that or feel less feminine than the women around you, what gives you the right to say what they’re doing is wrong?

well it’s not really ideal to get your breast enlarged if your going to have children which you breast feed as your breast will get even bigger as you breast feed, trust me i wouldnt recommend it as when i breast fed my boobs looked fake any way even though they were just full of milk.

The breasts should remain as they were prior to surgery. A good surgeon will not damage any nerves associated with the nipple and arousal etc.There may be some "getting used to time" due to swelling, but will return to normal.
