I think in many circumstances women aren’t doing it for you or anyone else. They do it so they can feel more secure and confident in themselves. You can also ask in the same breath why people get nose jobs …. it has nothing to do with anyone else but themselves.

I wouldn’t think they would drain them, I mean, why? They don’t pose any threat to anything. But if you wanted to make sure, you could put a section into your living will about how you would like your body to be handled and they are legally bound to abide by that.

I wanna get em…soon! I’m opting for saline..and a nice set of perky C’s. I’m 48, probably a AAAAAAAAcup! I’m too small for the "Littlest Angel" bra, you know the starter bra with the pink bow..ha.. I swear those padded bras get hot! I think it’s stumped my mammaries! When God was dolling out boobies, he accidentally gave my sister all of it..oops! I look like a middle aged teenage boy! So, I’m thinkin’ that I may help nature out a bit, just in case tube tops come back in style!!!!!!!

It depends on how big you want your implants to be. For one breast to be like a cup size bigger is $2,000 and up.

Nah, you can’t get anything that is cosmetic only I think. Like you can’t get a nose job just because you don’t like your nose, but if it affects your breathing and general health then you could get it fixed on the NHS. And you can probably only get a reduction in extreme ceases where your chest is so big it’s causing like back or spine problems, you know? If you’re flat-chested there’s no medical necessity for you to get implants so the NHS won’t cover it. It’s entirely cosmetic surgery. Hope this helps a bit

there is a VERY long waiting list on the NHS for breast implant surgery,if you have a problem with your breasts-eg one’s noticeably bigger than the other or you’re getting back problems because they are so big then you might get it done on the NHS.If you’re wanting breast implants just for a cosmetic look ( you want bigger boobs) then you’ll have to go private.It’s cheaper going abroad for the surgery,check it out on the net.To get it done private in the UK it can roughly cost

It’s a big turnoff. I’d rather be with a flat woman than one with fake breasts. I don’t even like padded bras. If you want to do it, that’s you. But if I knew about it, I would think twice about going out with you. Good night!

Seeing as they are silicon bags put over the breasts I am nt sure. Maybe the Breast Enhancement Surgery takes away the ability to produce milk altogether.

Natural is always the safest way to go, but if you really are interested in breast implants, they aren’t that bad. For all you guys out there, women with breast implants get less saggy breasts when they are older. That is a definate plus, but of course its not the same because implants are fake. Learn to live with your body and be comfortable with it. :]

You really are entitled to your preference of implants. I wont date guys whom aren’t circumcised. To each their own. I have natural 34 B and would like to be a 34 C/D (the size I was while pregnant) That fit my body structure just right. I hate mine now, yes, I have self esteem issues because of them. If a woman does it to feel better than that’s great. Yes, they need maintenance but it’s worth it to me.

only if she herself becomes frozen which would cause death when a person is cold their internals are still warm thats like asking if your urine inside you freezes inside you when your out in the cold which would make it impossible to pee right? but your urine is still hot when you take a pee during the cold

I do not think anyone should get them for vanity reasons, but if you have a mastectomy, it would be understandable to get one (or two).

I have silicone. The doctor says they look and feel better. Since they have lifted the ban, I went for it. Had them since 1/2007 and haven’t had any problems. Lots of compliments…lots!! Mine aren’t hard at all. Post op recovery wasn’t bad. I had a tummy tuck at the same time and only had to take the Vicodin for 2 days. There wasn’t even any drainage tubes, it was easy. I got mine done here in Sacramento. I actually got a breast lift because I have big boobs, and it cost me almost 10k because it was considered major surgery. I think straight implants are like 3k-7k, depending where you go. Just realize, this is surgery, serious business…cheaper is not better.

Too many to name as far as celebrities..I almost got an augmentation and when the plastic surgeon asked me how I would feel about something foreign in my body, I told him I wouldn’t like it and decided then it wasn’t for me. I’ve heard too many stories from those who have had them w/complications. But these days I hear they are becoming more and more advanced in their procedures.

They are buried with the deceased and will be the only thing left of the person.lol…later archeologist wont have to work to hard to determine the sex of the person. But, they are removed for cremation along with pacemackers and any foreign objects in the body so as to not damage the ovens.

That is just unreal. There is so much more to life than physical looks. Society already is trying to teach us that we are only as good as we look-so untrue. We have so much more value than that. Don’t teach your children that they can just buy everything! Eventually even plastic surgery won’t work, then what? Learn to like yourself the way God made you, imperfections and all-He does. I want my children to value themselves and others on reasons a little deeper than looks. I hope they’re not that shallow. I pity the girls whose parents do this for them. They’ve just basically told their daughter that the way she is isn’t acceptable. Talk about teaching your children how to be shallow!

As someone who is naturally 34DD, I say go smaller rather than bigger. It’s easy to make small boobs look bigger, but not vice versa! You will look tarty in some clothes if you have large boobs…even if the clothes themselves aren’t meant to be tarty.

they look unnatural and also surgery is painful and can lead to pain and numbness and cannot always breastfeed in future. I really couldnt say but some women say they get more confidence. I will stick to my push up bra and just hide them under woollie jumpers LOL

I would like to see a man go topless with breast implants. I would also like to see the looks on the police men’s faces when they have to make up their minds what to do about it. Man boobs are not illegal but probably should be. Regardless of flat chested a woman cannot show her chest in public.

I had a friend who actually got them approved through our command w/ no medical issue. (and we’re Marines) And, all she had to due was pay for the implants and the naval surgeon did the surgery at no additional cost. I think you should just go to medical and ask them how to go about it. Weather you think so or not someone somewhere in the AF is familiar with how to do it. And that is why they get paid the big bucks, make them do some work.
