It all depends. Most ob/gyn’s will advise against getting implants if one intends to breastfeed because the milk ducts can get severed or often damaged in the process of the surgery. Even some women who have breast reductions have difficulty in breastfeeding afterwards. If you’re thinking about implants, wait until after you’ve had your kids or decide against breastfeeding.

its going to take you more than 3 days to get over the swelling and pain…so if you’re getting them and you have a party 3 days later thats not going to work out too well. as far as the pain…she said it was pretty intense. i’d say about an 8 or 9

This shouldn’t be a problem. Most implants are now placed beneath the layer of muscle covering the chest, therefore it doesn’t interfere with breast feeding at all. Talk to your baby doc if you are pregnant, if you’re not yet, don’t worry! Go get pregnant!

I think you would be a perfect size bigger is definately better but natural are still better than fake. They would take some getting used to if you got that big on such a small body thats 1500 CC total fill two balloons with 1 quart of water each and put them in your bra thats about how big you will be and thats how much they will weigh

love ‘em…if they’re done by a reputable surgeon and aren’t too big for your body. there’s really very little pain involved since you are knocked out for the surgery and jacked up on pain pills for a week afterwards. they will be tender/sore for a week or two, but nothing you can’t handle. go for it. best money i’ve ever spent!!

Implants are obviously false. They can’t compare to the real thing ! So until they can be made to look completely natural, us poor stupid males will still be overwhelmed by natural female beauty. Does that make any sense? Another comparison would be a fake smile to a genuine one.

Try yourlizzy.com, there’s a few items you could try that have been proven to work…I’ve tried the breast machine…it worked great for me! You dont have to be a certain age.

It isn’t recomended to get breast implants at 18. Even if you haven’t grown in years, there is a possibility that you still could. Most resprectable surgeons won’t even perfom the procedure on an 18 year old. Do what makes you happy but be safe. What would waiting another year or two hurt?

Well, look at it this way, if one of ‘em sprung a leak, wouldn’t you rather it salt water than silicone? Saline is natural, silicone is man-made. I’d prefer saline!

Is it possible, yes – but then again anything is possible. If the lady gets implants and her S/O does not pay more attention to her and other guys do, then there is a possibility that she might consider cheating. So if the guy helps her or lets her get implants then he should be paying a lot of attention to her.
