Most breast implants these days are filled with saline solution. So if they popped it wouldn’t hurt any body. Also, I don’t think that even if they did pop/leak that it would be able to make it’s way into the milk supply. Plus breast implants are very strong. I was watching a show about a month ago where a doctor actually threw an implant as hard as he could against the wall to show that it wouldn’t break even under severe strain.

I am not a plastic surgeon and I don’t have implants so I’m not really very qualified to answer this but I have heard that a lot of doctors do not like putting implants in very skinny girls. Partly because of the dangers on anesthesia (being too skinny is better then being too fat though) but I think also because it’s just harder to get the implants in. Probably depends on how large the implants you want to get. I’d say wait until you get to your ideal weight. If you gained a little wait you may decide you don’t need implants after all.

Some dreams are just weird. For example I had a dream where my cousin’s other grandmother (who i’ve met several times) was going to give us like $200,000 if we moved to New Jersey. I have had implants for a little over 5 years. I saw a plastic surgeon last week and had him check my implants and he said they felt like they were in great condition. When I got my implants my doctor told me that there are cases where the implants last 25 years and then there are cases when they only last 5 – 10 years. Each case is different and things happen, implants leak and have to be replaced. Actually, my implants (mentor) came with a warranty, really! However, the advice given to me by my surgeon was around the 8th year, start a savings account just in case.

And to tell you the truth i dont care too much one way or the other. i mean yeah naturals are always better than fakes. but im a boob man and when a chick has them shes just that much hotter. so no a girl is definitely not less attractive (probably more attractive really) and im really never disappointed when i find out a girls got fakes.

I am 49, got salines last year. I’d nursed three kids and gravity had taken its toll..ha. What wasn’t sagging might as well been concaving! It cost about $6,000. I’m a wuzz, but it wasn’t that bad. The first few days it hurt like he*l, I kid you not. But I now have the perky somethings I never had and am glad I did it.

I have implants, and to be honest with you, it was MY choice, gave me more confidence, made me feel more proportioned. As far as the nay sayers, their entitled to their opinion, just agree to disagree, It’s your body, not theirs anyhow! Just like people who have tattoos and people that don’t, or people that have body piercings and people that don’t, people that color their hair and people who don’t, people who work out, people who don’t. That’s the great thing about being YOU, YOU make your own choices in life! As long as you are not hurting anyone, just keep on livin!

Wow! I will try to exactly recall what he told me when I asked him that (I met him on a number of occasions- mainly when my, "honey" was there for consultation/surgery). Dr. J. gritted his teeth (like it was a painful topic-I almost regretted bringing it up!) and told me that the AMA and FDA gave him an 8-year waiver to do the PPS procedure on willing patients (release form) -during the mid 80’s to early 90’s- in order to prove viability and to compile stats. on same. In that time he performed almost 3800 of them and had only TWO technical complications. He forwarded his results to both agencies and the AMA gave tentative approval (providing the FDA signed off). Guess what? The FDA wrote him, "While the medium used shows viability and merit……………….. we cannot approve until a further 1-year study is done." They expected HIM to fund it after he had already proved that it worked and worked well (estimated to cost him over one million!)!!! He indicated to me after he told me this, "The hell with it! I’m now contacting all who got PPS to come back in and let me remove/replace them…. before I retire!" I’ll let you draw your own conclusions from this………… He’s taken all the PPS info. OFF his website too.

i think taht its totally a bad idea, if the 13 year old is gonna be in a porno then brest implants are a great idea. but she only 13!! brest implants are a terriable idea at this age. the mom needs to be in a crazy home. her daughter isnt even fully developed yet, her brest could eventually grow to the size that the implants wil lbe anyway, 13 year olds dont need to have boobs. not to mention her immature body might reject the implants adn that could become a huge problem. i dont even think a doctor would do such an operation on sucha young girl
