Recently is the key word here. They will soften up (don’t do anything to them!!) on their own, but it takes time. It will be a full year until they look their best…be patient.

if you go too big you’ll look disproportional, Its better to get a size that you think will look good and that will suit your lifestyle. If you want people oogling your breasts then DD all the way! but if not bewareeee!

Keep telling her, it does help. She obviously does not feel completely beautiful, and if she does decide to do it, she is doing it for her and not you. You are not an insensitive jerk, but just try to be more understanding and supportive. Keep telling her she is beautiful just the way she is, and if she does get them, it will make her feel even better that she did not do it for you, even just a little bit. My fiance was supportive, but said the same thing. He wanted to be sure that I was not doing it for him. It makes me feel so much better that he loved me and thought I was beautiful either way.

due to the added fluid in the breast, it may effect the overall shape as it takes 6 months for the breast to "settle" after implants. You also may notice a change after you give birth, as you will have additional skin, and depending on if you went over or under them muscle, you may sag some. Size also is important here. If you are fairly large, C cup or larger, you will probably be in a E or EE or even larger depending on your weight gain over the course of your pregnancy. You should probably contact your plastic surgeon, make sure you wear a good support bra throughout your pregnancy, and if the end result is not what you want, you can always get a breast lift in the future.

It depends. It’s easier to breast feed if the implant is placed under the muscle because it doesn’t affect the breast tissue (it also looks better). If a woman gets it in the breast tissue it can damage the tissue making it difficult or impossible to breastfeed. It may be difficult for any woman with an implant (over or under the muscle) because usually women with implants have less breast tissue (or else they wouldn’t have gotten them). And of course every woman is different, there are plenty of women that don’t have implants that can’t breastfeed.

as a guy .. i would rather have a girl friend with a 32 a- or b cub than fake breast . however if i had to choose a size it would be in b to small c range .. I hate hard fake breast..

You will be fine unless your a wimp. My girlfriend had implants on a Monday and came back to work 2 weeks late on a Wednesday. She said it was the most painful surgery she has ever had.

My Mom breastfed my sister with implants, not a breast-lift, but she breastfed her until she was 3. She had the early silicone ones and when it leaked it almost killed her.

I can’t believe you even asked this question. Why shouldn’t you? For one thing, she isn’t fully developed yet, for another I can’t believe you would even consider letting your husbands 30 year old friend take her out. That is illegal by the way, to allow a 30 year old to "date" a 10 year old. When she is 17-18 and still wants breast implants, maybe but what kind of example are you setting for her? She is 10 years old and has probably barely (if at all) even hit puberity. That is just insane.

Many women who undergo breast augmentation do so because of self-image issues. After the surgery those issues still haunt them. You may attract more attention, but will it be from the type of guy you really want to be with or will it just be from some loser who can’t see past your new breasts. Come to terms with yourself before you make such a drastic decision. What is it you really want

My friend has implants she has breastfed her baby for four months now no problems, she just says they hurt more than normal when they fill up due to the weight of them x

From what you are saying, you are probably a good candidate for them. By that I mean that it’s not just to have huge stripper boobs for the Hell of it, but because your self esteem is taking a big hit. You are young, and have plenty of "breast enjoyment" years ahead of you, lol. Just do your research, get referrals if you can too. Make sure you know exactly what is ahead for you (any possible problems, re-doing of the implants in the future, etc.) before you make that final decision. Good luck to you!

My friend did and got them behind the muscle so she could still breast feed. She now has two kids and breast fed them both for one year.
