There are lots of underlying health problems with getting those. Plus they have the possibility of breaking which would ruin you and be very painful. Natural is the way to go, but I’m not against what a woman wants to do with her body.

Once you know what to look for…anyone can tell. When the boobs stand up and you are laying down…they are fake. When the boobs are wider than the chest when you are standing up…they are fake. And when they don’t "give" when touched…they are fake.

I think the first regular bra I wore after taking off the medical bra was a pushup bra. I went to a 32D and I primarily wear pushup bras to this day.

It shouldn’t. I had breast implants in for like 2 months when i found out i was pregnant but i am not going to be breastfeeding. The doctor said i was fine though.

All these answers are WRONG WRONG WRONG! I hav fakee breasts that are soft, bouce when I run, and separate when I lay down! The look like real breasts. They are perkier than most breasts of the same size but some young women with natural large breasts have the same perkiness. A good breast job should not be noticable other than the size change. I guess the only way to tell is the small scar from the surgery

I saw that on Dr. 90210. This young woman had her breast tissue removed at 18. All her female relatives suffered from breast cancer. In the show she got implants. So I would think if you remove allllll the tissue, and got implants, you’d probably have no chance for breast cancer.

NO ONE needs to have breast implants. They just need to get a bit of self confidence. Be happy with the way you are and leave the NHS to sort out REAL operations for those that need them.

I have implants and I successfully breastfed my daughter for a full year. I had 4-5 clogged ducts which may have happened anyway over the year, but it may have been a little worse for me because of scar tissue from the implants. But I highly recommend it, it was a great accomplishment for me and my daughter truly loved it and was such a happy and healthy baby reaping the benefits of being breastfed.

Good grief… I’m a woman and even I can appreciate fake boobs every now and then. Give him a break… it is not like I don’t appreciate big muscles on a guy… but a guy can just go work-out and get big muscles, whereas (unless I missed the miracle gym lesson) a woman cannot just go to the gym and pump up to a 36-C. Heaven forbid a woman be allowed to express herself in different ways and do whatever she wants with her own body. And I give him props for being honest enough to understand the paradox. May God bless you with the most amazing innocent wife-ish woman who just happens to have the perfect man-made 36-C’s.

You can of course "cheat" by using a bra and putting on an illusion that they are bigger (you don’t even need to stuff!), but there is not much you can do for larger breasts without going under the knife, unless you gain a lot of weight or get pregnant.

Actually, if the option is open to you, going through the armpit leaves no visible scarring. Most doctors use that option now, and some even go up through the belly button. I have heard of decreased sensitivity when the operation is performed through the nipple, and also the scar can be a little more obvious, as the nipple can have a cut-and-paste look to it afterwards.

i know that recovery is a pain, and you’ll be sore for at LEAST a month. a friend of mine had it done..the pricing…really depends on the shape and size of what implants you want. the highest, i’m going to say is $10000..but they can start from around $4,000. google is your friend, try looking up plastic surgeons in your area.

The best way to know what is causing the pain in your mothers breast is to go to the doctor. Some symptoms of breast cancer are: Inverted nipples (when the nipples turn inside out) , uneven breast ( look in the mirror see if your breast appear the same in shape and size, I’m not talking about for vanity reasons but for medical), bloody discharge (usually painless, but doesn’t have to be so) and an orange peel appearance (when the skin texture changes and resembles that of an orange like appearance). I have implants and getting them was one of the best things I ever did. I did it for ME but my hubby loves them and it made a total difference in the way I feel about my body. The doctor warned me that the first few months they are swollen and sit up too high; that’s what gives them the "fake" look. But after about 6-8 months they settled down and now they look natural and people can’t tell that I wasn’t born with them. I never heard of caffeine affecting your breasts though….????
